In appreciation for keeping your house in good condition and any kindnesses as tenants to us and your neighbours we like to reward you with £50 for each of the categories below. There are £300 worth of awards to be won and you can win any number of them. Before March email to tell us why you think you should win. During April we will decide who is the best and post a cheque from £50 to £300.
Remember that these are not individual awards, the whole house as a team must qualify. Each award is based on the entire year.
Two houses may be equally clean upon departure but one may have been cleaner during viewings and will likely win in the event of a tie.
