When a student leaves university a world of prospects opens up. Each opportunity will usually require a reference before being granted. |

The most common reference is required by a future landlord asking confirmation that your tenancy was conducted properly. Other times Leydon Lettings are asked to confirm information from a lender e.g. as regards a mortgage. Here your character will not be as important as your account history. |
Once in a while we will be asked to say someing untrue in order to enable a better reference. Please do not ask us to do this since our reference is worthless if not reliable. We will never knowingly give a bad reference. In such instance we may decline to comment on any adverse aspects. Neither will we give a dishonest reference. |
