Three new houses in 2008 has expanded the choice of Canterbury accommodation rented to students.

One of these is being extended during 2008. 
Two of these houses have already been totally renovated by May 2008
Inovative new flood prevention features are also being added to the latest houses.

We continue to provide fire doors and smoke alarms as standard - now over 90% of all bedrooms- not a legal requirement!

Energy Perfomance Certificates EPCs

New Energy Perfomance Certificates were provided in January 2008 well ahead of legislation effective from 2009

Cavity wall insulation

All but three houses already have cavity wall insulationwith the remaining houses due following renovation.
