Enabling students to study uninterrupted throughout the year, Leydon Lettings provides students with a professional lettings service. With state-of-the-art facilities and friendly staff, the service is intended to improve the quality of life for all students residing with Leydon Lettings. 90% of all student houses feature: bedroom door-locks and double beds. In addition Leydon Lettings provide internet, phone and TV connections to every tenant. Over half Leydon Lettings tenants enjoy private en-suite bedrooms. three quarters also enjoy double amenity kitchens with two hobs, 2 hoods, 2 sinks, 2 drainers, 2 fridges and more. And one washing machine and dryer and often a dishwasher too

BROADBAND

Wireless broadband points throughout in every house.
Wired Broadband points in every bedroom of every house but one, which has wireless only.
FROM ACADEMIC YEAR 2010 TO 2011 ROUTER & MODEM WILL BE PROVIDED.

TELEVISION

Every bedroom has an aerial socket so you don't have to use TV top aerials with fuzzy pictures in your room.

TELEPHONE SOCKETS

An incoming phone line is provided to each houses. 
Every bedroom has its own telephone point.

EN SUITES

Wherever practical we fit en-suites.  If a full en-suite cannot be fitted we try to put in your own private shower.  50% of our Canterbury students have private bathrooms.

DOUBLE BEDS

We provide double beds in 90% of all houses.

DISWASHERS

Most of our houses have the luxury of a dishwasher. 
WHERE DISHWASHERS ARE NOT AVAILABE AT THE ORIGINAL VIEWING THESE ARE NOT PROVIDED.

NEW WASHER/DRYERS

All houses have a washing machine most with tumble dry facility as well.  Most have a maintenance contract.  If there is a fault with the machine an engineer is usually able to come out within a few days except during really busy periods when tenants arrive in September.

Student workshops or bicycle sheds are present in most gardens and are mostly for student's use but may be retaineed by the landlord for his own use.
Garages are retained by the landlord and used to store spares so as to be available at short notice should you need something these are not available to studenttenants

LOCATION-LOCATION-LOCATION

All our houses are within walking distance of Canterbury City centre, universities and colleges.
To make your journey even quicker Canterbury has many cycle paths to university and town centre.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Good bus routes run from nearby stops, some almost directly opposite the house.
National Travel is via the two train stations situated at either end of Canterbury City centre and coach services from Canterbury Bus Station.   International students may travel via London Stansted, Heathrow and Gatwick airports -only a couple of hours from Canterbury.  Manston airport is less than half an hour from Canterbury.

PARKING

Parking is available at all our houses, many with driveways and most with free road side parking. 
Student houses nearest the town centre, may need affordable parking permits -available from Canterbury City Council.  You need only produce a copy of your contract to prove you are resident to Canterbury City Council permits dept.

AMENITIES

An industrial quality pneumatic vacuum cleaner, and microwave oven are provided as standard.
