BILLS-PACKAGE

Some Canterbury landlord's bills-packages include only basic utilities like gas, electric, water and sewerage. Leydon lettings in addition to these utilities also provide Canterbury students with a TV with digital aerial connection, a TV license and Broadband -  wireless internet in all houses and hardwired in most houses. All this for only £17 pp pw.

In addition Leydon Lettings do not charge students during July and August if students are absent during summer holidays - even though leydon lettings still has to pay standing charges to utility companies regardless of occupation!  I.e. it is imprudent to disconnect and reconnect the internet due to the risk of interuption to students' internet service when returning or arriving in September.
