Due to the volume of contracts being signed during the main viewing season we timetable appointments for particular areas.
When you request a viewing please use the following diary to find a convenient slot.
Every member of your group must be present at the signing. |

WHAT TO BRING WHEN SIGNING THE CONTRACT
When you come to sign the contract please bring with you:

Your completed and signed standing order form (if you have not already posted this).
- Photocopies of your students ID cards (all cards can be photocopied onto one sheet of paper this is easier and costs you and the planet less!)
- Your completed and signed guarantor form (if you have not already posted this)..

Any deposit and/or admin fee or advanced rent remaining to be paid.
