Have I paid - Confirm Receipt Of My Payment(s) to Leydon Lettings

In 24 years of letting to students, Leydon Lettings has never experienced a lost or untraced or fraudulent bank payment. 
Leydon Lettings nevertheless take any claims of lost payments seriously.
In this context, before reporting your missing payments to Leydon Lettings or your bank please first quickly check the following:

Have you allowed at least 4 working days for your payment to leave your bank account and arrive in Leydon Lettings bank account?
Have you allowed sufficient time for Leydon Lettings to conduct a tenant account run?
A tenant account run is a time consuming process where Bank statement entries are collated and rent transactions are allocated to individual tenants within each house.
Leydon lettings realize you may be anxious but do note that account runs are not performed on a daily basis.
Late entries may have to await confirmation following subsequent tenant account runs.

Did your payment include a reference indicating your name and your house? 
Has your payment actually left your account? Check your statement online or ask your bank by telephone!

If your payment has left your account please confirm:

  • Account name from which the payment was made?
  • The city or bank branch from which you paid?
  • Account number?
  • Sort code?
  • Amount of the payment?
  • The reference you included if any?
  • Date of the payment?
