Leydon Lettings has established a team of trusted trades people who are on hand to fix anything which may break down.
We aim to provide each student with all the information and facilities needed to function for each academic year.
'Tenant Info' answers questions specific to a house as well as general enquiries.
'FAQs' answers general questions about any house.
If you are unable to find the answer you seek simply email or telephone via 'contacts'.
Students require a desk and swivel chair, positioned in good light, close to electric, data and aerial sockets.
Therefore we install at least eight plug sockets in every bedroom, as well as a wired broadband socket and telephone socket in every bedroom to give you what you need where you need it.
Leydon Lettings dovetail many student criteria.

- Many student needs are fairly inexpensive - your recommendations pay for them!
- Feedback Questionnaires are currently being drafted requesting student improvement suggestions. These are then examined and where possible implemented so we can continue to let the best accommodation in Canterbury. See Student Comments page
- 'Student only houses' means that only full time degree students are accepted.
- Student Status houses are exempt from Council Tax - saving students money.
- Non-Students including Professionals are catered for in separate accommodation.
- Deposits returned as agreed. We want Canterbury student recommendations - not your money!
