Advertise for student housemates only.
This will ensure you do not have to pay Council Tax

Put up posters around your university whee permissable and on electronic notice boards. |

Ask any prospective tenants to contact Leydon Lettings on info@leydonlettings.co.uk. with their: name, email address, contact number and a date and time at which they would like to view the house (this must be at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment they would like) |

When you are contacted by a prospective replacement, ensure you explain the costs involved and the set up of the house. Remember what attracted you to the house and try to convey this to the prospective tenant. |

Prior to viewing Leydon Lettings ensure the house is clean. |

For compatibility housemates should ideally meet prospective tenants. However, during vacations this may not be practical due to distance and time and the need to secure substitutes without delay. |
