...  In addition, in comparison to other letting companies It would appear on average their rent is £80 a week without bills included, compared to the £96 you offered me which includes all utility bills (heating, water, electricity), plus a TV licence and hard-wire internet and orthopaedic double sized mattresses, the latter being very important to me due to health reasons.

Really pleased with my bedroom furniture (Room 1) it is all very modern and light! ... Thank you once again we really enjoyed staying there all together this weekend.

I just loved the house at 103 Tennyson Ave and that huge bedroom would have been perfect, I took too long to decide and now there is nowhere left in Canterbury I am commuting at least 2 hours from Ipswich. If anything becomes available please let me know!
