Can I just say how wonderful your houses are, and how welcome we were made to feel during our viewings with John today. Thank you on behalf of my other housemates and of course myself.

Hi Bob. Thank you very much for your prompt response.... From the references on your website and also comments made to the girls when they viewed , by the existing tenants , I am sure you are good Landlords experienced in this field and have no worries about Lxxxxx being one of your tenants.

" Dear Bob,
... I want to thank you. In the past 2 months you have surpassed the definition of landlord (a person or organization that owns and leases apartments to others) and moved much closer to a rescuer (to free or deliver from confinement, violence, danger, or evil). ... In the past week or so, my friends have begun to move into their houses around Canterbury which are let by other agencies. The lack of care and overall indifference towards the students from the letting agents really surprised me. I feel like you have spoiled us into thinking that the world is a happy place and I want to thank you. University life is very stressful and I am working full time now as well. It is so nice to know that if I ever had a problem that you would be there.
This sense of security is especially helpful and appreciated because I am an international student. I have no family over here and therefore have to depend on others in difficult situations. This is not easy for me, but you made me feel welcome and at ease.
I do not know all of the decisions you have made in the past year, however I believe that hiring John was the best one. He is such a nice and friendly guy who really cares about the happiness of your tenants. ... There are a few number of people who put others before themselves and I believe this describes John well. His patience baffles me because it must get tiring helping tenants who cannot even figure out how to turn on the stove. I am one of these tenants. :)
So I want to give you the biggest Thank You possible. ...
Thank you Bob, John, and Leydon Lettings from the bottom of my heart.
Sincerely Rxxxxxx Txxxxx"

"Hi Bob,
It's G.O., formerly at xxxxxxxxxx 2006-2008.
I have just started repeating my third year at CCCU and am looking for a room. If you have any available could you please contact me? I think your business must probably be the most trustworthy and reassuring student lettings I can find in Kent, let alone the fact that you provide high quality furnishings and extras that really make the difference when you're a student, and that you actually really care about your tenants and their living standards, unlike most around here, so I thought of you first!
Thanks,
Gxxxxxxxxxx"
