We try to pre-empt issues before they become problems.
Often it is not until student houses are occupied that students encounter apparent problems.
We want you to have as much information as you feel you need to minimise disruption to your course.
This will minimise any difficulties you may encounter in your chosen house.

	Cleaning		Your house does need to be kept clean throughout the year. At the end of your tenancy the whole house needs to be cleaned ready for the new tenants to move in. We have tried to list the standard we hope you will leave the house in.
