New and only just moved in? Then let us welcome you to your home!

Do you need some guidance with your responsibilities as a tenant? We don’t want to be pedantic, we just mean that we’ve got you covered if you’re unsure!

Having issues in your house with housemate disputes? Sadly it happens, though we’re here to help if things get too much and you need someone to listen. Who knows, we may have had a similar situation before.

Finding faults in your house? Not a problem. As you may be aware, we don’t live in the properties, so there are sometimes faults that unfortunately get overlooked. We actively encourage you to tell us about faults that may arise during your tenancy.

Is there a sudden emergency in your house? Depending on the emergency, call the appropriate body and keep calm and call Leydon.

Lived in your house for a while? Loved it? So much that you want to stay for another year? Fantastic! We’re delighted to welcome you back. Learn more about rebooking your home for another year.

Student loans not come in on time? Struggling with payments? Talk to us. We don’t want you to worry and we don’t want to have to chase you. Honestly, we really dislike it. We’re not debt collectors, we like houses (incase you hadn’t noticed). Explain your situation to us and we can try to help to accommodate a payment plan that works for all.
