Additional Clause

- Sometimes a tenancy agreement will provide for unusual or exceptional matters not covered in the tenancy agreement. Rather than rewriting the whole agreement an additional clause at the end of the tenancy, under the heading 'additional clause' can enable simple additions.
- A clause not provided in a normal tenancy.
- Landlord and tenant must agree prior to signing or formalising the tenancy.
- A clause which must refer to any related clause in the normal tenancy agreement.
