Statutory Periodic Tenancy
- HA'88 s.6
- An AST with an initial fixed term not renewed at the end of the fixed term automatically reverts to a Statutory Periodic Tenancy creating a new tenancy agreement.
- The same tenants, in the same house, with the same tenancy agreement, is deemed to be a new tenancy!
