Without Prejudice
- Without Prejudice is a legal expression allowing the maker to speak frankly without what is said being pre-judged or used against the maker of the statement.
- E.g. Without prejudice one may be willing to agree to a request for compensation, not withstanding that there is no admission of guilt, responsibility or liability, merely the desire to avoid the greater cost of defending the demand that is being made.
