How to Rent guide is a Prescribed Information document available electronically (sent to tenant with their consent as opposed to paper document) and must be sent to tenants prior to agreeing to a tenancy. Failure to issue such prescribed documents prevents issue of a Section 21 Notice to Quit (NTQ)
