Tax Campaign
- A campaign run by HMRC to allow tax payers who have not declared any liability to "own up or "come -clean" in order to avoid more severe penalties than would otherwise be imposed for non declaration or late payment.
- This "amnesty" has the effect of securing more tax than it would without the campaign.
