Process Server
- A process server is one who serves notices in an official capacity and in whom a court will rely without question.
- The duties of a process server includes handing or delivering notices to recipients, normally prior to or during court proceedings.
- Notices might include Section 8 HA'88, Section 21 HA'88, Letter before action, section 146 LPA'25 and essentially any notice not just property related matters.
