ARLA Propertymark is the UK’s foremost professional body for letting agents and the only one that requires the agent to pass exam qualifications. By adhering to the guidelines set by ARLA Propertymark, we encourage landlords to provide over-compliant safety standards to ensure maximum safety for all our  tenants.

Leydon Lettings Agency is a member of:  The Property Ombudsman Scheme (TPOS – a free, impartial service to resolve disputes), Safe Agent (who ensure your money is protected), The UK Association of Letting Agents(UKALA), The National Landlords Association (NLA) and The Residential Landlords Association (RLA).

Clear and helpful information

We believe in transparency which is why we will always be clear with information crucial to your let. At the earliest opportunity, you will receive a How to Rent Guide, which is a government document that provides a checklist and detailed information on each stage of the process, ensuring you are never left out of the loop. We encourage all prospective tenants to carefully read the guide and information provided by Leydon Lettings. If you ever have a question, we are always there to help. 

We understand the importance of finding a home and an agent that can answer your questions and concerns. With trained and qualified staff, we are able to assist you in every aspect of the letting process. No question is ever too troublesome. 

Care and attention when you need it most

We advise all landlords who rent through Leydon Lettings of their legal obligations before renting. Tenants renting a home under our management will receive 24-hour maintenance support, so you know you will never be left in a difficult situation. Out intuitive and helpful maintenance reporting software, fixflo, provides our tenants an easy way to report maintenance issues and tips and tricks to maintain the property throughout your tenancy.
