At the earliest opportunity, you will receive a How to Rent Guide, which is a government document that provides a checklist and detailed information on each stage of the process, ensuring you are never left out of the loop. We advise all landlords who rent through Leydon Lettings of their legal obligations before renting. Tenants renting a home under our management will receive 24-hour maintenance support, so you know you will never be left in a difficult situation. Out intuitive and helpful maintenance reporting software, fixflo, provides our tenants an easy way to report maintenance issues and tips and tricks to maintain the property throughout your tenancy.
